摘 要:用高温固相法制备掺镁的CaTiO3:Pr3+红色长余辉发光材料,并测试材料的激发光谱、发射光谱和余辉衰减曲线.研究Pr3+、MgO和H3BO3的不同掺入量对CaTiO3:Pr3+红色发光材料的发光性能的影响.XRD分析表明,所合成的样品为MgCaTiO3正交晶系的晶体结构.发射光谱峰值位于614 nm,对应了Pr3+的1D2-3F4跃迁.研究发现,在还原气氛下,掺入35%(摩尔分数,以下同)的MgO,65%的CaCO3,0.125%的Pr3+,10%的H3BO3,1 200℃下反应2 h,所得的掺镁的CaTiO3:Pr3+红色长余辉发光材料的发光性能最好.The red long afterglow material CaTiO3:pr^3+ doped with magnesium ions was obtained by high temperature solid-state reaction process. XRD patterns, excitation spectra, emission spectra and decay curves were determined. The effect of molar ratios of pr^3+ , MgO and H3BO3 on luminescent property of the materials were investigated in detail. XRD research indicates that the crystalline phase of the product is orthorhombic MgCamiO3. The emitting peak at 614nm corresponds to the spectral transition 1↑D2- 3↑F4 of pr^3+ . It was found that the luminescent property of the red long after-glow material CaTiO3 : Pr^3+ doped with magnesium ions is the best. It was obtained by sintering at 1 200 12 for 2 h under reducing atmosphere and the molar ratios of MgO, CaCO3, Pr^3+ and H3BO3 is 35 %, 65 % ,0. 125 % and 10 %, respectively.
