摘  要:在室温下用Cd(NO3)2和两个异配体1,10-邻菲口罗啉(phen),2,5-吡啶二羧酸(2,5-pyri-dine dicarboxylic acid,H2pdc)反应得到混配配合物[Cd(Hpdc)(phen)NO3].H2O.用红外光谱、元素分析对其进行表征.用X-射线单晶衍射仪测定其晶体结构.配合物为三斜晶系,P-1空间群.晶胞参数:a=0.767 09 nm,b=0.961 32 nm,c=1.366 3 nm,α=95.862°,β=96.265°,γ=104.405°,Z=2,V=961.2×10-3nm3,Dc=1.861 g/cm3,μ=1.195 mm-1,F(000)=563,-10≤h≤7,-12≤k≤12,-17≤l≤16,wR2=0.070 7[I>2σ(I)],R1=0.031 9,wR2=0.073 5,镉(Ⅱ)为七配位五角双锥结构,配合物分子之间靠氢键作用形成链状结构,链与链之间依靠邻菲口罗啉的π-π堆积作用形成二维结构.A new complex [Cd(Hpdc)(phen)(NO3)(H2O)](Phen=phenanthroline,H2pdc=2,5-pyridine dicarboxylic acid) was obtained by the reaction of phen, H2pzdc and cadmium nitrate at room temperature. The complex was characterized by IR spectrum and elemental analysis. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystallographic data were crystallized in Triclinic with group P-1, a = 0. 767 09 nm, b= 0. 961 32 nm, c =1. 366 3 nm, a = 95. 862°, β = 96. 265°, γ = 104. 405°, Z = 2,V=961.2×10^-3nm^3,Dc=1.861g/cm^3,μ=1.195 mm^-1 ,F(000)=563,-10≤h≤7,-12≤k ≤12, -17≤l≤16,R1=0.0285,ωR2=0.0707[I〉2σ(I)],R1=0.0319,ωR2=0.0735(all data). The cadmium atom is seven-coordinated in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal configuration. The complex from a Chain by hydrogen bond interaction, 2-D network structure was formed through π-π stacking of neighboring phen ligands.
