摘　　要：目的探讨瓣膜手术后患者再次出现瓣膜病变的外科手术治疗。方法对2001年1月～2006年12月我科104例瓣膜手术后患者再次实施各类瓣膜外科手术。结果104例患者中，98例痊愈出院，6例死亡，死亡率5．78％；其中急诊手术13例，死亡4例。结论瓣膜手术后患者再次出现瓣膜病变需手术治疗，但手术风险及难度大，死亡率高。手术原因、手术方式和手术处理都与第一次瓣膜手术不同。Objective The article is concerned about reoperation on heart valve disease. Method One hundred and seven cases received reoperation on heart valves in our department between 2001 and 2006. Results Of the 104 cases, 98 recoveried and six died, the mortality is 5.78%. Of the 13 emergency cases, four died. Conclusion Valve surgery patients usually need reoperation in cases of severe valvular abnormality; the mortality, surgical procedure and peri-operative management of them are quite different from the patients who recieve primary surgery.
