实验性2型糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞Bax蛋白表达与细胞色素C的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病人鼠心肌细胞凋亡的机制。方法测定链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞凋亡相关基因Bax蛋白表达与细胞色素C(CytC)含量。结果模型组心肌细胞Bax蛋白表达和胞浆CytC含量显著高于对照组;模型组线粒体CytC含量显著低于对照组。结论实验性2型糖尿病大鼠心肌病变与Bax蛋白及CytC诱导的细胞凋亡有关。Objective To discuss the cardiomyocyte apoptosis mechanism of type 2 diabetic rats. Methods The expression of streptozotocin （STZ） -induced diabetic rat heart cells apoptosis-related Bax protein expression and the content of cytochrome C （CytC） were determined. Results The expression of myocardial cells Bax and the content of Cytosolic （CytC） in model group were significantly higher than those in control group. Mitochondrial CytC content, model group was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion Experimental type 2 diabetic rat heart disease is related to Bax protein and CytC-induced apoptosis.
