建筑防水材料用硅丙乳液的研制

摘　　要：用A-172合成了有机硅含量3％的硅丙乳液，研究了各聚合反应工艺对性能的影响，最佳工艺为：复合乳化剂用量为单体重量的1．5％，采用氧化还原引发方式，反应温度为68～72℃，反应时间为3h。该产品用于JS建筑防水涂料具有较好的使用效果。The silicon-acrylic emulsion with 3 wt % A-172 was synthesized. The effect of the reactions to the charaeterisitics were studied. The optimun experimental condition was got： adopting oxidizing restore method, the temperature 68-72 ℃, the time 3 h. The emulsion applied in the JS building water-proofing coat could have good results.
