降脂益肝冲剂对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝组织PPARα及Trx mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察降脂益肝冲剂对非酒精性脂肪肝(nonal coholic fatty liver,NAFL)大鼠肝组织过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPARα)及硫氧还蛋白(thioredoxin,Trx)mRNA表达的影响,探讨其治疗脂肪肝的机理。方法采用高脂胆固醇饮食造成大鼠脂肪肝模型,以降脂益肝冲剂为治疗组,研究降脂益肝冲剂对NAFL大鼠肝组织PPARα及Trx mRNA表达的影响。结果模型组大鼠肝组织PPARα及Trx mRNA表达均减少,降脂益肝冲剂能上调二者的表达。结论降脂益肝冲剂促进PPARα及Trx mRNA表达可能是其治疗NAFL的重要机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of Jiangzhi Yigan Chongji （JYC） on the nonalcoholic fatty liver tissue PPARct and Trx mRNA expression, and explore the mechanism of treating fatty liver. Methods The model was made by feeding high-fat diet and the rats were divide into 3 groups： normal group, model group and treated group. Result Expression of liver tissue PPARct and Trx mRNA in the model group were both decreased. 3YC can increase their expression of liver tissue of model rats. Conclusion It is likely to be one of the important mechanisms for JYC in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver.
