摘  要:相似模拟试验是研究采矿工程问题常用的方法.基于采矿工程学科实验教学和科研的试验要求,自制了采矿平面应力相似模拟试验装置,该装置采用液压伺服控制、多油缸均布加载技术,较好地解决了以往模型试验采用杠杆加载、加载范围有限、均匀性差、模型的稳定性不好、载荷恒定以及调整困难等技术难题.可实现对采场、巷道进行相似模拟试验以及工字钢梁、木梁、钢筋混凝土构件等进行抗弯强度试验.静态伺服液压控制系统设计合理,操作方便,具有长期稳压功能,密封性能可靠,输出压力为0.2~31.5MPa,且压力无级可调,压力传感器与数据采集仪连接可实现自动采集数据.Similar modeling test is one of the main ways in mining engineer studying. According to the experimental requirement of mining teaching and research, the equipment of similar modeling test for mining biaxial stress was made. It used servo-control system and multiple actuators to realize uniform loading, and solved technological difficulty such as limited loading extent, bad uniformity, big deviation, low stability, difficult adjusted loading of the old level-type loading system. It can realize the similar model experiment of the stope and roadway, the bend strength test of the steel I-beam, wooden beam and reinforced concrete member. The design of the static servo hydraulic control system is rational and convenient to manipulate which has a long time stabilivolt function. It's credible airtight coating can ensure the output pressure infinitely ranges from 0.2 to 31.5 MPa , and the data can be collected automatically by connecting the pressure transducer and data collection instrument.
