摘 要:钢绞线最大力伸长率是衡量其材料特性的一项重要力学性能指标,如何精确测量该指标是长期以来一直在探索的问题。本文设计了测量钢绞线最大力伸长率的新系统,该系统采用电测量数据与图像实时同步采集和图像序列变形分析相结合的方法,此方法在测量过程中,非接触测量试件的变形,克服了目前钢绞线测量中的弊端。实现了钢绞线最大力伸长率的测量,提高了测量的精度和可靠性。The steel strand maximal load stretching is an important mechanics performance criterion for scaling its material characteristics, and the approach to measure accurately this criterion has been probed for a long time. This paper has designed a new system to measure the maximal load stretching of the steel strand. The system combines the real synchronized collection of the force data plus image and the image series deformation analysis to measure the steel strand maximal load stretching, which overcomes the problems in the measurement by the steel strand because of the use of non-contact method to measure the deformation. The new method realizes the measurement of the steel strand maximal load stretching and enhances the measurement accuracy and reliability.
