摘 要:综述了目前钢基体上制备Al2O3陶瓷涂层的研究现状,详细介绍了热喷涂法、溶胶-凝胶法及热化学反应法3种制备Al2O3陶瓷涂层的主要方法,并探讨和分析了它们各自的优缺点。热喷涂法普遍存在维护和使用费用昂贵的特点;溶胶-凝胶法最大优点就是制备过程温度低;热化学反应法作为一种新兴的钢基Al2O3陶瓷涂层制备方法,其显著优点在于工艺简单、成本低廉并且无需特殊设备,具有广阔的发展前景。文章最后对Al2O3陶瓷涂层的研究进行了展望。The present state of Al2O3 ceramic coating on steel substrate is summarized in this article, and some particular methods in the preparation are introduced, such as Hot Spray, Sol-Gel and thermo chemistry reaction, their excellence and disadvantage are also discussed and analyzed. The high cost in maintaining and using the equipment is the remarkable disadvantage for hot spray, the most virtue for Sol-Gel is the low sintering temperature, and as a newly method in the preparation for Al2O3 ceramic coating on steel substrate, the Thermo chemistry Reaction' s prominent characteristic exists its simple techniques, low cost and special facility is needless, in this words, it has the capacious development foreground. The study about Al2O3 Ceramic Coating on Steel Substrate is finally prospected in the text.
