摘 要:目的研究气管镜操作术的成功率和安全性。方法分析临床资料93例,其中61例,根据气管横径、矢状径和长度与儿童身高(或上部量)回归方程(y=a+bx),对气管横径、矢状径和长度做出预测,指导支气管镜型号的选择。另21例根据传统方式(年龄和发育情况)指导支气管镜型号的选择。结果前者一次性插管成功率92%(56/61),后者66%(21/32),经统计学处理两组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论测量儿童的身高(或上部量),可根据回归方程计算出气管的长度和内径大小,为临床选用气管镜型号和插管的深度提供可靠的依据,以保证一次性成功率和安全性。Objective To study the safety rate and success rate of operating tracheoscopy. Methods The clinical data of 93 cases were analyzed. Of those ,the sagittal and transverse diameter and the length of 61 cases were predicted according to the equation(y = a + bx) before giving them a test of tracheoscopy, while those of 32 cases were not gredicted. Results The safety rate and success rate of the former was 92% ,while the latter was 66%. The results of the two groups were significantly different according to statistical analysis. Conclusion The internal conjugata diameter and length of trachea can be calculated according to the height and the height of the upper part of the body of the children measured before giving the children a test of tracheoscopy, which can provide reliable data for doctors to select a suitable size of fiberoptic tracheonchoscopy to ensure safety and success rate of operating tracheoscopy in chinical practice.
