烟台市2015年水资源供需矛盾形势及解决对策

摘　　要：以烟台市2015年实际可获水资源量为基础,根据至2015年区域人口、工业、农业经济发展和环境生态建设对水资源的需求量,对适时水资源供需矛盾进行了客观分析.结果显示:至2015年,在50%的保证率下,区域水资源可完全满足需求.但要达到75%或95%的保证率,则分别有4.60×108m3和2.304×108m3的空缺赤字.为解决未来可能出现的水资源紧张难题,提出了系列应对策略和措施.Basing on the water supply and water demand for the development of the population, industry, agriculture and the eco- environment in 2015 in Yantai City, this paper has analyzed the situation about the supply -demand for water resources in this region in 2015. The research result shows there is a great shortage in water resource for the local population, economy and eco- environment development in 2015. In order to resolve these problems which may come in the future, the paper proposes some practical countermeasures.
