摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变的分布特征。方法对25例非糖尿病性下肢动脉硬化患者,30例糖尿病性下肢动脉硬化患者行下肢动脉造影,以造影显示的动脉管腔狭窄≥50%为阳性标准,分析以上两种疾病时下肢动脉各分支受累情况,并行统计学分析。结果非糖尿病组患者髂动脉、股浅动脉、足背动脉受累明显高于糖尿病组(P<0.001),糖尿病组患者胫前动脉、胫后动脉、腓动脉受累明显高于非糖尿病组(P<0.001),股深动脉病变在两组患者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变主要累及膝以下胫腓动脉,非糖尿病患者以髂动脉、股浅动脉和足背动脉病变为主。Objective To explore the distribution feature of lower-extremity arterial disease(LEAD) in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods Fifty-five patients of LEAD were included, 25 with non-diabetes mellitus (non-DM) (n = 25),30 with T2DM (n = 30),they were given lower-extremity arterial angiography. The positive was greater than or equal 50% stenosis of artery, and every branch of lower - extremity arterial to be involved in were analyzed. Results The process of iliac artery, superficial femoral artery and artery of foot was significantly higher in non-DM group than that in T2DM group( P 〈 0.001 ). The process of anterior tibial artery,posterior tibial artery and fibular artery was significantly higher in T2DM group than that in non-DM group( P 〈 0.001 ). No significant difference in deep femoral artery was observed in two groups ( P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion The LEAD in T2DM involved mainly tibial artery and fibular artery. Non-DM involved mainly iliac artery, superficial femoral artery and artery of foot.
