摘  要:[目的]探讨银杏内生真菌种群的多样性。[方法]报道江西彭泽和九江学院校园产的银杏根、茎、叶、种子4个部位内生真菌种群多样性。[结果]从银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)根、茎、叶、种子中分别分离获得内生真菌162、2、38和14株,共计90株。经形态观察分类鉴定为6个目、7个科、22个属。结果表明,银杏不同部位内生真菌的数量、分布、种群及其组成存在差异。[结论]该研究为开发利用银杏资源提供了理论依据。[Objective] the objective of the research was to discuss the population diversity of endophytic fungus in Ginkgo biloba L, [Method] The population diversities of endophytic fungus in 4 parts of root, stem, leaf and seed in G. biloba from Pengze area and the campus of Jiujiang University in Jiangxi Province were reported. [ Result] 90 strains of endophytie fungus were obtained from G. biloba, among which 16, 22, 38 and 14 strains were isolated from the root, stem, leaf and seed of G. biloba respectively. Through morphological observation and classification identification, it was found that they belonged to 22 genera, 7 families and 6 orders. The results showed that the quantity,distribution,population and its components of endophytie fungus in different parts of G. biloba existed differences. [ Conclusion ] The rescareh provided theoretical basis for developing and utilizing the resources of G. biloba.
