摘  要:[目的]为了研究移植胁迫对枣苗叶片叶绿素a荧光参数的影响。[方法]移栽前对1年生灰枣嫁接苗进行不同程度的晾晒胁迫处理,试验分为蘸浆、晾晒0.5、1、1.52、d和留床苗(CK)6个处理,测定其叶绿素a荧光参数。[结果]结果表明:移植胁迫并没有改变灰枣叶绿素a荧光参数的日变化进程,却使枣树的初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)和可变荧光(Fv)升高,原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)和PSII潜在活性(Fv/Fo)及实际光化学量子效率(ΦPSII)降低,这些指标的升高或降低幅度随胁迫程度的增强而增大。[结论]该研究为苗木移栽的生产实践提供了理论依据。[Objectivel The research aimed to study the effects of transplanting stress on chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters in the leaves of Jujuba seedlings. [Method] Before transplanting, 1-year-old grafted seedlings of Z. jujuba Huizao were treated with air-drying stress at different degree. In the test 6 treatments such as dipping pulp, air-drying for 0.5 d, 1 d, 1.5 d, 2 d resp. and stubble seedling (CK) were set up to determine the chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters. [Result] The transplanting stress didn't change the diurnal variation course of chlorophyll a fluorescence parameter in Z. jujuba Huizao. Transplanting stress could increase the initial fluoreseence ( Fo ), maximum fluorescence (Fm ) and variable fluorescence ( Fv ) of jujube tree and decrease the ratio of the variable to maximal fluorescence (Fv/Fm), the ratio of the variable to minimal fluorescence (Fv/Fo) and the actual activities of PSII (ΦPSII)- The increasing or decreasing amplitudes of these indexes were enlarged with the strenghening of stress degree. [Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for production practice of nursery stock transplanting.
