摘  要:从大肠杆菌血清型为O78标准株及O78、O119的34个地方分离株中筛选出3个强毒菌株,作为制苗基础菌株,并加入发病鸡场的自家分离株,一起作为制苗菌种。于酵母肉汤中培养18~24h。甲醛灭活后,制成鸡大肠杆菌多价自家灭活铝胶苗。试验表明,该苗接种雏鸡0.5ml,成鸡1ml,无毒副作用;鸡只免疫后,对同型菌株近期攻毒后的保护率为100%;鸡只免疫后12周,血清中抗体平均凝集价为1:33.6,高于免疫临界线1:16,并且鸡群健康状况稳定,增重加快,饲料利用率和产蛋率增加。3 strong virulent strains selected from 34 local isolated straius with Escherichia coli serotype of O78 standard strain, O78 and O119 were taken as basic strains for preparing the vaccine. Both some isolated strains from the diseased chicken farm and the basic strains were cultured in yeast broth for 18 - 24 h to prepare the vaccine. After being inactivated with formaldehyde, the polyvalent self-made inactivated aluminium glue vaccine against chicken E. coli was made. The test showed that inoculating this vaccine to chickling with 0.5 ml and adult chicken with 1 ml had nonpoisonous effects. After chicken was immunized, the protection rate was 100% after recent challenging homotype strains. When chicken were immunized 12 weeks later, the average agglutination titer of antibody in the serum was 1:33.6,higher than the immunization critical line of 1 : 16. And the health stares of chicken flocks was steady, weight increase was quickened and the feed utilization efficiency and the egg-laying rate were also increased.
