南阳黄牛遗传资源的保护对策

摘　　要：[目的]为解决目前南阳黄牛遗传资源存在的问题提供依据。[方法]从遗传资源的含义与作用出发,结合我国畜禽遗传资源的现状,探讨南阳黄牛遗传资源的概况,并提出了保护对策。[结果]其保护对策应主要包括建立南阳黄牛保护区;建立南阳黄牛冻精冻胚保种基因库;对国内外获取南阳黄牛遗传资源的活动进行管制等。[结论]该文为南阳黄牛遗传资源的保护提供了参考。The objective of this study is to provide basis for the solution of existing problems in the genetic resources of Nanyang Yellow Cattle. Starting from the meaning and role of genetic resources, and combined with the current situation of poultry and livestock genetic resources in China, this study has explored the genetic resource situation of Nanyang Yellow Cattle, and put forward conservation countermeasures, which included the establishment of Nanyang Yellow Cattle Protected Zone, establishment of frozen semen and frozen embryo conservation gene bank of Nanyang Yellow Cattle, and administration of activities involving the genetic resources of Nayyang Yellow Cattle both at home and abroad. This study has provided basis for the conservation of Nanyang Yellow Cattle genetic resources.
