江西理性承接东部发达地区产业转移的思考

摘　　要：分析了江西承接东部发达地区劳动密集型产业转移的有利条件和存在的问题。虽然江西在承接产业转移方面存在着区位、低成本、资源等方面的优势,但仍然存在着盲目承接资源消耗型、环境污染性产业,相关产业的配套系统不够完善,劳动力成本优势正在逐渐丧失等方面的问题。针对这些问题,从观念、机制、体制等方面提出了一些建议。The advantages and problems in carrying on the transfer of labor-intensive industry from developed eastem regions by Jiangxi province were analyzed, Though Jiangxi had advantages in aspects such as location, low cost and resources in carrying on the industrial transfer, it still had problems such as carrying on resource consumption and environment pollution industries blindly, inadequate perfection in the accessory system of relative industries and gradually losing the advantage of labor cost. Some suggestions were put forward from aspects such as concept, mechanism and system for these problems.
