摘　　要：该文分析了我国目前投资型财政存在的负面经济效应以及财政支出结构存在的问题。为了促进社会、经济的协调发展,我国应调整和优化财政支出结构,增加公共产品的供给,从投资型财政向公共型财政转型。This paper holds that investment finance has negative effect on economy at present, and points out the problem of the financial expenditure structure in our country. In order to promote the economic and social coordination development, China finance must optimize expenditure structure, increase the supplies of the public product, transfer investment finance to public finance.
