摘　　要：目的探讨生殖周期不同阶段子宫内膜上皮凝集素受体的变化。方法将生殖周期不同阶段子宫内膜标本行凝集素亲合组织化学ABC法。结果随着着床期的到来,RCA受体数量增多,PNA和DBA仍保持着动情期的高水平。种植后进入妊娠中期PNA、DBA和ConA受体水平则迅速下降,到妊娠末期DBA和ConA受体水平再次升高,分娩后再次下降,而RCA和PNA从妊娠中期到分娩一直保持不变。结论子宫内膜凝集素受体的改变与胚泡的着床及妊娠分娩有关。[Objecctive] To evaluate the changes of the expression of lectin receptors on the endometrium epithelium during different reproductive periods. [Methods] Endometrlum epithelium during different reproductive periods was studied with lecfin-binding histochemistry ABC. [Results] The level of RCA receptor increased highly in implantation period, and PNA as well as DBA remain high level when compared with estrous period. The level of PNA, DBA, ConA receptor decreased quickly in the middle of pregnancy period. But among them, DBA and ConA increased again in the end of pregnancy period, then decreased after delivery. There were no changes for RCA and PNA from middle pregnancy period to delivery. [Conclusion] The changes of the expression of lecfin receptors on the endometrium epithelium may be related to the implantation, pregnancy and delivery.
