摘 要:目的探讨郑州地区汉族人群对氧磷酶2(paraoxonase 2,PON2)基因C311S多态性和2型糖尿病并发冠心病(DM-CHD)的关系。方法测定DM和DM-CHD患者外周血白细胞PON2基因C311S多态性及血清胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标水平,进行分析研究。结果郑州地区汉族人群存在有PON2基因C311S多态性,DM-CHD组患者等位基因S频率大于DM组和对照组,在DM组和对照组间差异无显著性。DM-CHD和DM组内基因型SS患者仅HDL-C水平高于本组内基因型CC,其他脂类和脂蛋白指标差异均无显著性。结论郑州地区存在有PON2基因C311S多态性,并提示等位基因S可能是2型糖尿病并发冠心病的危险因素。[Obejctive] To investigate relationship between paraoxonase 2 (PON2) C311S gene polymorphism and patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus (type 2 DM) complicated coronary artery diseases in Zhengzhou population of Han nationality. [Methods] PON2 C311S gene polymorphism was detected by PCR method, and serum cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and so on were determined in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus (DM), DM complicated with coronary artery disease (DM-CHD), and healthy subjects. [Results] The PON2 C311S was found in Zhengzhou population of Han nationality. The S gene frequency in DM-CHD was higher than that in DM and healthy subjects. No significant difference between DM and control group, The level of HDLC in genotype SS with DM-CHD and DM groups were higher than that genotype CC in itself group only, [Conclusion] PON2 C311S pelymorphism was found in Zhengzhou Chinese population of Han nationality. It is suggested that S allele might be a risk factor for DM complicated CAD in Zhengzhou Chinese population of Han nationality.
