摘  要:为了解决明胶和阿拉伯树胶电子墨水微胶囊壁薄、机械性能差、容易破裂的问题,通过脲醛预聚物对上述电子墨水微胶囊的二次包覆,制得了双层电子墨水微胶囊。通过金相显微镜观察微胶囊的表面形貌,采用粒度仪测试微胶囊的粒径分布,有机溶剂浸泡和紫外可见分光光度计检测微胶囊的密闭性,微机控制电子万能试验机测试微胶囊的机械强度。实验发现,所得的微胶囊形状规则,囊壁加厚几十微米,密闭性和机械强度都有所改善。To solve the gelatin and gum Arabic electronic ink microcapsules' problems of thin shells, easy to break, and having poor mechanical properties, the above microcapsules were coated by urea-formaldehyde polymer and double-shell microcapsules were obtained. The surface morphology of the microcapsules was observed by means of Metallurgical Mieroscopy, with the dispersion particle size of the microcapsules being measured by the Laser Particle Size Analyzer, the mierocapsules' denseness being tested by a UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and the mechanical intensity being measured by the Microcomputer Control Omnipotence Test Machine. It revealed that the microcapsules, prepared by using this method, showed a regular shape; and the size of the microcapsules were increased. Additionally, both the hermetization property and mechanical intensity of the microcapsules were improved.
