摘 要:以FeCl3和COCl2为原料,采用共沉淀法制备CoFe2O4纳米颗粒。研究工艺条件对磁性颗粒大小的影响,经X射线衍射仪分析,得出纳米颗粒的大小为11.1~20.4nm之间.通过比较分析得出:浓度配比对颗粒大小基本上无影响,焙烧温度和焙烧时间对颗粒大小有较大的影响,焙烧温度300℃,焙烧时间1h时得到的颗粒最小。The CoFe2O4 nanoparticles were prepared with co-precipitation method, using FeCl3 and CoCl2 as reagent materials. Different reactive conditions were used in order to study how the process parameter influenced the size of the CoFe2O4 nanoparticles. The nanoparticles were characterized by XRD, and the diameter of the nanoparticles were calculated by Scherrer Equation. The result shows that the particle size of CoFe2O4 were within the range of 11.1nm to 20.4nm. It was concluded that the concentrations of reagent materials did not dominate the size of CoFe2O4, but the annealed temperature and exposure time significantly affected the nanoparticle diameter. When heating the sample at 300℃ for 1 hour, the size was minimum.
