摘　　要：分析了并条机在线检测系统,提出把DSP应用到质量检测装置中。简要介绍了TMS320C5402McBSP特点,给出通过McBSP扩展成SPI串口和工控机通信的设计方案,充分利用DSP和MCBSP接口功能实现工控机和DSP实时通信。利用TI公司提供的DSPLIB库函数,包含FFT运算,使在DSP上进行FFT运算变得容易。A new online detection system applied on drawing frame was introduced. DSP was applicated on the detection of quality. The structure and major features of McBSP were also analysed, and the design of communication interface between PC and DSP was presented. Texas Instruments Inc has provide a DSP library on C54X DSP which make the realization of FFT on C54X DSP easy.
