摘　　要：网络效应经济所引发的虚拟企业集群克服传统企业集群的空间、信息、资源等要素聚集的地域限制。分析网络效应机理,可以将企业集群演进分为资源空间型、供应链型、虚拟企业型等模式。基于网络效应空间特点的考察,虚拟企业集群发展应主要采取规模效应递增、技术标准运作、转换成本锁定等发展策略。Caused by the network effect economy, the virtual enterprise clusters overcome the geographical restrictions of traditional clusters＇ faetors such as space, information and resources. Analyzed the network effect mechanism, the enterprise clusters evolution can be divided into space - resources type, supply - chain type and virtual - enterprise type of cluster models. By the inspection of the spatial characteristics of the Network effects, it should be mainly to adopt these developmental strategies such as increasiug the scale effects, operation on the teehnieal standards, and locking in the switched costs to develop the virtual enterprise clusters.
