两系超级杂交早稻“陆两优996”高产优质制种原理与技术

摘　　要：为探讨两系超级杂交早稻陆两优996高产优质制种原理与技术,对母本陆18S的生育特性、不育性表达、制种基地气候生态条件的要求、父母本生长发育规律、制种异交特性及异交栽培、提高种子发芽率等技术措施进行了研究。结果表明,该组合适宜在湖南一季稻区夏制,湘南双季稻区秋制;以育性敏感期、抽穗授粉期、成熟收获期的安全为前提选择制种基地和安排播种期;培育父母本多蘖壮秧、采用适当行比、适龄移栽、插足基本苗、定向培养父母本;父母本授粉态势的改良;制种要求田间纯度检测,全程严格去杂;综合制种技术措施提高种子发芽率。In order to probe high- yielding and good -quality seed production principles and technologies of two- line super hybrid early rice Luliangyou 996, researches were carried out in the following aspects： the sterility and sterility expression of Lu 18S, ecological conditions of breeding base, growth and developmental regularity of its both parents, outcrossing characteristics, outcrossing cultivation and techniques for improving seed germination rate. The results showed that it was suitable to breed seed in summer in single - cropping area of Hunan province, or in autumn in double - cropping area of southern Hunan province. The selection of seed - breeding base and seeding time were based on the stable sterility, favorable climate conditions for safe pollination and mature of rice. Orientation was needed in the cultivation of both parents, that is to say, they had a steady growth with more affluent pollens, proper row ratio, right transplanting age and enough basic seedlings. What＇ s more, the improvement of the pollination, the strict check on the field purity and the comprehensive technique for seed production were demanded.
