摘  要:通过盆栽试验,研究了黄红壤和青紫泥上种植的小白菜对不同质量分数汞的累积程度及其生理、品质指标的变化,如生物量、叶绿素质量分数,以及在可食部的累积量、可溶性糖、Vc和纤维素质量分数.本试验汞以氯化汞的形式加入,其加入的质量分数分别设置为0、0.25×10-6、0.50×10-6、1.00×10-6、1.50×10-6、2.00×10-6、3.00×10-6、6.00×10-6共8个添加水平.结果表明,白菜生物量和叶绿素质量分数在黄红壤中有明显的增加趋势,但在青紫泥中规律不明显;白菜可食部汞的累积与土壤全汞、有效汞质量分数有显著的相关性;可溶性糖质量摩尔浓度随土壤汞质量分数的增加而增加,Vc质量分数明显减小,两者都显示了较为明显的受胁迫性,可作为预警指标.Pot experiments were carried out with cabbage the effects of mercury (Hg) on their physiological indices (Brassica. campestrisssp, chinensis L. ) to study and qualities, such as biomass, chlorophyll (chl) content, Hg accumulation in edible part of cabbage, and contents of soluble sugar, vitamine C (Vc) and cellulose. Hg was applied as mercury chloride at eight different levels in two different soils. The results showed that the cabbage biomass and chlorophyll increase cabbage shoots has significant relationships with contents in soil 1 other than in soil 2. Hg content in the of total and available Hg in soils, but the relationships were not only linear. Furthermore, soluble sugar content shows a positive correlation with three forms of Hg in both soils, but Vc showed a negative correlation, indicating that cabbages are encountering adversity stress. So soluble sugar and Vc can be considered as indicators to Hg contamination in soil-Hgcabbage system.
