摘 要:提出了一种合成无机类富勒烯过渡金属硫化物纳米粒子的方法.通过Na2MoO4与CHsCSNH2的水热反应合成纳米须状MoS2,然后在氮气气氛中800℃下热处理所合成的纳米须状MoS2,使其转化成无机类富勒烯结构的MoS2纳米粒子.用透射电镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)对样品进行了表征.结果表明,水热合成的MoS2产物为短纳米须的形貌,热处理后其形貌转化成球形或类球形纳米粒子,并具有嵌套封闭的层状结构.纳米粒子的粒径主要分布在50~120nm,平均粒径为80nm.这种合成方法具有简单和环境友好的优点,可以批量合成无机类富勒烯MoS2纳米材料.An effective process was presented for the synthesis of inorganic fullerene-like (IF) MoS2 nanoparticles. MoS2 nano-fibrils were synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction between Na2MoO4 and CH3CSNH2, then IF-MoS2 nanoparticles were obtained by the heat treatment of MoS2 nano-fibrils obtained by hydrothermal process in N2 at 800 ℃. The products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It was found that the as-prepared MoS2 samples by hydrothermal method were nanowhiskers and they changed to the sphere or sphere-like nanoparticles after their annealing, which had nested and closed layer structure. Most of the particles range from 50-100 nm with an average diameter of 80 nm. The method presented in this paper is simple and environment-friendly, and can be used to prepare inorganic fullerene-like MoS2 nanoparticles in large scale.
