摘　　要：设计了一种电压监测仪的抄表系统,其中电压监测仪是基于ETR 100嵌入式模块设计的,抄表系统采用掌上电脑的抄表方式。详细介绍了抄表系统的设计方案和基于报文的通信程序设计方法。This paper discusses a kind of voltage monitoring instrument data collection system,the voltage monitoring instrument is designed based on the ETR100 embedded module,and the system collects data through personal digital assistant. Furthermore this paper introduces the hardware structure and the software flow chart of the data collection system in detail.
