摘 要:通过单一混凝剂的筛选与混凝剂间的复合方法,配制了FeSO4MgSO4Ca(OH)2PAM复合混凝剂。采用该混凝剂对CODCr值为288.3mg/L、色度为25000倍的模拟酸性大红GR染料废水进行试验研究,通过改变各药剂投加次序、搅拌与沉降时间以及投加方式等,确定了取得最佳处理效果时的优化操作条件为FeSO4MgSO4Ca(OH)2PAM配比(质量比)=100∶200∶150∶(0.047-0.093),pH=9.5-10.0。试验结果为CODCr去除率最高可达85.3%,当复合混凝剂投加量为1.5-2.25g/L时,脱色率最高可达97.5%,其处理效果明显优于单一混凝剂;当脱色率达90%时,药剂成本为1.12元/T废水,结果表明,该复合方案从成本和处理效果方面考虑均是可行的。In this paper, we are going to report our analysis of the structure and properties of the acid brilliant scarlet GR in dyeing wastewater with the influence of different coagulants appending quantity discussed. As is known, dyeing wastewater is complicated of its constituents usually due to the various remaining residues of dyes. Dark in its chrome and strong in toxicity, dyeing wastewater is hard to be degraded. Furthermore, since wastewater to be treated is large in quantity with its pH value changing greatly and its concentration being high, lots of problems remain unsolved for its treatment. To solve such problems, the present authors have done a series of filtrating experiments by using all kinds of coagulants, such as FeSO4 - MgSO4 - Ca( OH)2 -PAM. Trying to optimize the operational conditions, we have adopted acid brilliant red GR wastewater in our experiments, which as mentioned above, contains 288.3 mg/L CODcr and 25 000 times color. The results of our experiments have shown that the best combination of the composite coagulant FeSO4 - MgSO4 - Ca( OH)2 - PAM (w/w) is likely to be about 100:200:150:(0.047 -0.093), with pH value being 10.0, and the CODcr removal rate being as high as 85.3% and the most discoloration rate of 97.5% . When the discoloration rate reaches 90%, the cost of treating a ton of wastewater would be reduced to merely 1.12 yuan. Therefore, the chemical coagulation process here introduced for treating acid brilliant scarlet GR is highly economical in cost, easy in operation and extremely efficient in implementation.
