摘  要:为了客观反映轨道交通建设对城市生态环境的影响,以西安市城市轨道交通2号线为例,采用类比调查和数据分析的方法,从施工期的环境污染、生态破坏、交通干扰、地下水环境扰动和运营期的缓解地面交通,改善城市环境质量等方面综合分析轨道交通对城市生态环境的影响。结果表明,工程建设对城市生态环境起到了明显的积极效益。本工程建设可以节约土地资源88.5hm^2;节约能耗3.6万T/a;营运初期减少汽车尾气CO、THC和NOx排放量分别为118.7T/a、20.2T/a和8.3T/a;在不考虑交通量增长的情况下,由西安市城市轨道2号线吸引地面交通将使道路交通噪声贡献量减少1-3dB(A)。工程建设对地下水流场的影响较小,工程影响区地下水的潜水位变幅为0-1.75m。施工期对城市生态环境的负面影响只是暂时的,而且可以通过施工管理将影响减少到最小。To reflect the objective relation between the construction of subway transit and the role of such transits in bettering the urban econ-environment, this paper takes Xi' an second subway line as an example to introduce our study and analysis of the impact of the subway transit construction on the urban eco-environment from the point of view of the air and water pollution, econvironment destruction, disturbance on traffic and ground water, surface traffic, etc. As a matter of fact, the construction of subway transits can be expected to improve the existing urban traffic jams to a large extent. However urban eco-environment can also be positively or negatively affected by such construction projects in varying degrees during their construction and operation. The results of our analysis indicate that the construction of such transits can bring about the economic utility of land and land resources with energy saving of 88.5 hm^2 and 3.6 T/a. Meanwhile, automobile exhausts of CO, THC and NOx can be reduced to 118.7 T/a, 20.2 T/a and 8.3 T/a at the initial period of transport business, and the tratfic noise can be expected to be lowered to 1 -3 dB(A). On the other hand, the construction of subway transits can just bring about miner influence on the groundwater current, as the range of ground water level amplitude is 0 - 1.75 m. Thus, it can be concluded that the construction of Xi' an second subway line is of great benefit to the urban eco-environment improvement, with its adverse influence just being minor and temporary in nature. Furthermore, such adverse influence is actually within the limit of human construction management.
