海南农村居民常见肠道线虫感染情况和防治意识调查

摘　　要：为制订常见肠道线虫病防治提供依据，采用问卷调查方法，在海南省经济、文化较发达的琼海市重点乡镇对农村居民进行常见肠道线虫病防治意识及感染情况调查。结果表明小学生的常见肠道线虫感染率高达90％，而居民卫生防病意识十分薄弱，认为当前开展农村居民常见肠道线虫病的防治工作，必须把群众性的防治知识教育，提高自我保健意识摆在重要和先行的位置。The Investigation of the infectious status and preventive intention of common intesti nal nematodiasis in the rural residents was conducted by means of questionnaire in the villages and towns with relatively developed cultural background and economic conditions in Qionghai City, Hainan Province in order to provide scientific data for the control of nematodiasis. The results showed that the infectious rate of common intestinal. nematodiasis was up to 90% in students in local primary schools and the preventive intention of this disease was very weak in the residents in the areas. Authors concluded that at present the ongoing project of theprevention and the treatment of common intestinal nematodiasis in rural areas should be combined with health education program, on the basis of emphasizing the importance of healthy intention and self-protection intention.
