摘 要:本文对刺参(Apostichopusjaponicus)的染色体进行了初步研究。材料分别采用原肠后期幼虫、耳状幼虫、成体呼吸树组织等,用秋水仙素处理,氯化钾低渗液低渗,而后用卡诺氏固定液固定。采用热滴片法制片,吉姆萨染色后,显微镜镜检和摄影。结果表明采用刺参的原肠后期幼虫制片效果最佳。刺参染色体数目为2n=40。由于某些染色体的着丝点位置较难确定,故没有按常用的A.K.Leven分类标准进行,而是按形态特点将其分为A.B.C3类。本文对刺参的遗传育种和进化分类研究具有一定意义。This paper deals with the chromosomal number and shapes of the sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus).The materials of different developing stage such as late gastrula, auricutaria and the respiratory tree of the adult were used and treated with colchicine, hypotonic solution containing 0 075×10 -3 mol/m 3 of KC1,fixed in Carnoy's fliud. The suspension was dropped onto warmed slides, stained in Giemsa.The chromosomes were examined and microphotograph were taken. The result shows that the best chromosomal figure obtained from late gastrula larva. The chromosomal number of the sea cucumber is 2n=40.However,it was difficult to identify the insertion points in some chromosomes,so that it could not be classified according to A.K.Leven's name,but could be classified into A.B.C. according to their shapes only. The paper has a certain significance for hereditary breeding and studies on evolution and classification of the sea cucumber.
