摘  要:采用浸轧法对化纤织物进行Dorafresh纳米银抗菌整理,试验了不同轧液率、加酸条件、整理液曝光对织物抗菌效果的影响;测试了整理织物的银含量、透气透湿性能、抗菌织物的耐洗性;分析了纳米银颗粒粒径的分布状况。试验结果表明,织物的杀菌率与纳米银含量关系较大;轧液率对整理织物的透气性和透湿性影响小。该抗菌整理对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用显著,杀菌率达到99%以上,50次洗涤后的杀菌率大于60%,耐洗性能优良。Dorafresh nano silver anti-bacterial finish of synthetic fabrics using pad method was carried out. The influence of pickup, adding acid or not, exposure of finishing liquid on anti-bacterial effect of the fabric was experimented. The silver content of the finished fabric, moisture and air permeability, washability of anti-bacterial fabric were tested. The particle size and distribution of nano silver were analyzed. As a result, it was showed that sterilizing rate of the fabric had great relation with content of nano silver, while the pick-up was less affected the air and moisture permeability of the fabric. The anti-bacterial finish featured higher inhibition to staphylococcus aureus, with more than 99% sterilizing rate, as well as excellent washability with more than 60% sterilizing rate after 50 times laundering.
