摘  要:采用聚磷酸铵(APP)和Deflam(敌火龙)分别对聚丙烯(PP)进行了填充改性,研究了两者对PP力学性能、阻燃性能、结晶性能的影响。结果表明:在PP中分别加入APP和De-flam,都可改善PP的阻燃性能,并且后者对PP的阻燃效果更好。在阻燃性能改善的同时,复合体系的弯曲模量和弹性模量明显提高,但抗拉强度和冲击强度降低。APP和Deflam在PP中都具有成核剂作用,可使PP的结晶过程在较高温度下进行,但Deflam对PP的成核效果不如APP.The intumescent flame retardant modification of PP composite was made by filling with ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and Deflam. In this paper, the effect of APP and Deflam on the flame retardance, the mechanical properties of the prepared composite, and the crystallinity of PP were studied. The results indicate that the addition of suitable content of APP and Deflam improved the flame retardance of the composite;the flame retardance of the PP composite was better by filling with Deflam than that of APP. And the mechanical properties of PP composite show that improvement of the elasticity modulus and bending modulus is obvious but with a decrease of tensile strength, especially impact strength. Both APP and Deflam had nucleation for PP, making the crystallization of PP at higher temperature possible, while the effect of Deflam on the nucleation was worse than that of APP.
