摘　　要：在借鉴已有相关模型的基础上,构建了一套衡量县域经济竞争力的指标体系,包括宏观经济竞争力、农业竞争力、工业竞争力、服务业竞争力、政府作用竞争力、基础设施竞争力和文化教育竞争力7个方面,44个具体指标;并采用因子分析与熵值法相结合的方法,对河北省136个县域进行实证研究,根据分析结果,提出了提升县域经济竞争力的对策建议.Based on the corresponding models, we establish a county economic competitiveness evaluation system, including macro-economic competitiveness, agriculture competitiveness, industry competitiveness, service industry competitiveness, government management level competitiveness, infrastructure competitiveness and culture ＆ education competitiveness, 44 specific indicators. Then we use factor analysis and entropy method to go on research ofestimating the 136 counties of Hebei province. At last we put forward corresponding policy and advices for promoting the county economic competitiveness based on the result of analysis.
