摘　　要：阐述百合病毒的种类和危害,系统地介绍热处理、茎尖培养、珠芽培养、热处理结合茎尖培养、病毒抑制剂结合茎尖培养等5种脱毒方法,以及利用指示植物、电镜技术、酶联免疫和分子生物学技术检测百合主要病毒的方法。The species of lily viruses and its damage were expatiated. Five virus-free methods including thermotherapy, meristem culture in vitro , bulblet culture, thermotherapy combined with meristem culture in vitro , chemotherapy combined with meristem culture in vitro , and the main virus-detecting methods such as indicator plants, electron microscope, enzyme linked immunosobent assay（ELISA）, techniques of molecular biology were systematically introduced.
