摘　　要：普通高校公共体育课程是学校课程体系的重要组成部分,体育教学是高校体育工作的中心环节。传统的高校体育教学形式目前已经无法满足新时期高校培养复合型人才的需要了,在这种情况下,我国高校体育教学必须明确改革与发展方向,并做出适当的调整和改革,以适应现阶段普通高校公共体育课教学的需求。The Course of Physical Education is one of the important components of higher education. Traditional teaching methodology has already failed to meet the demand of the cultivation of comprehensive quality talents. Therefore, teachers of higher education PE course should be clear about the general reform and development of the education and adjust their teaching accordingly.
