摘　　要：目的探讨吸烟对老年男性轻度认知功能损害(mildcognitive impairment,MCI)患者血脂水平的影响,为临床干预和健康教育提供资料。方法选取2004年1月至2006年12月在我科常规体检并符合MCI诊断标准的老年男性患者134例,其中吸烟组65例,不吸烟组70例,对其进行问卷调查、体格检查和血脂检查。采用SPSS10.0统计软件对吸烟与总胆固醇(TG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)和脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]的关系进行分析。结果吸烟组TG(2.97±1.28)mmol/L与不吸烟组TG(1.30±0.46)mmol/L相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);吸烟组HDL-C(0.95±0.30)mmol/L与不吸烟组HDL-C(1.24±0.40)mmol/L相比差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。其余各项指标在两组之间均无明显差异。当采用多元线性回归分析计算MCI影响因素的标准回归系数后发现,HDL-C对MCI的影响最大(β=0.286),其次为TG(β=0.215)。结论吸烟是导致血脂紊乱尤其是HDL-C和TG异常的一个重要不良生活方式,从而促进MCI的发生并进一步导致老年痴呆的发生。Objective To investigate the influence of smoking on blood lipids in elderly males with mil cognitive impairment and provide information for clinic intervention and health education. Methods 134 elderly males consistent with the MCI criteria were enrolled in this study from Jan 2004 to Dee2006. The evaluation of the study population included a questionnaire, a physical examination and laboratory analysis of blood samples. The relationship between MCI and triglyeerides, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, apoprotein B, lipoprotein （a） were analyzed by SPSS 10. 0 software. Results Levels of triglycerides in current smokers were shown to be significantly higher and levels of high-density lipoprotein eholesterol lower than for those who had never smoked or had stopped smoking. When comparing the factors that influenee mild cognitive impairment high-density lipoprotein eholesterol had the greatest influence （18=0. 286） and next is triglyeerides （18=0. 215）. Conclusion Smoking is the important ill-health life style and can lead to dyslipidoses, especially the HDL-C and TG, whieh promote the oceurrenee of mild cognitive impairment even dementia.
