摘　　要：目的分析西安市实施结核病控制项目以来的工作成效。方法对西安市2003—2006年结核病控制有关资料进行分析。结果全市实施结核病控制项目工作,加强了结核病综合防治措施,传染源发现和治愈率逐年提高,新发涂阳病人登记率由2003年的13.7/10万上升到2006年的25.2/10万,治愈率由2003年的86.2%上升到2005年的92.5%。结论西安市实施结核病控制项目效果显著。[Objective] To analyze the work efficiency of tuberculosis control project in Xi＇an.[Methods] Analysis was made on the relevant data in tuberculosis control work during 2003--2006 in Xi＇an. [Results] Tuberculosis control project was carried out throughout Xi＇an; comprehensive prevention and control measures were strengthened; the discovery and treatment of infectious sources were elevated year by year; the registration rate of newly-discovered smear-positive patients rose from 13.7/100,000 in 2003 to 25.2/100,000 in 2006; the cure rate increased from 86.2% in 2003 to 92.5% in 2006. [ Conclusion] The effect of the tuber- culosis control project was significant in Xi＇an.
