上海市宝山区医用诊断X射线防护现状分析

摘　　要：目的为加强医疗机构放射防护管理工作,预防和控制放射事故及危害的发生,保障放射从业人员、公众和受检者的健康。方法对上海市宝山区34个医疗机构的104个X线诊断机房放射防护现状调查结果,进行综合分析。结果大部分医疗机构的诊断X射线防护状况较好,94.23%的机房防护设施通过审批,放射科医生隔室操作率为100%。有部分医疗机构的放射防护管理工作仅流于形式,机器老化,机房陈旧,管理人员法律意识淡薄,监测结果有超标现象。结论加强放射卫生管理,必须健全组织机构,完善责任制度,强化相关法律法规的培训,确保各项措施落实到位。[ Objective] To strengthen the management of protection against radiation in medical institutions, prevent and control the occurrence of radiation accidents and guarantee the health of the radiation-exposed staff, the public and the examination takers. [ Methods] Comprehensive analysis was made on the protection situation against X-ray in 104 X-ray diagnosing rooms of 34 medical institutions in Baoshan District of Shanghai. [ Results ] The protection against X-ray in most of the medical institutions was fine; 94.23% of the protection facilities passed the examination and approval; 100% of the doctors in radiation departments operated in a separated room from the radiation rooms ; radiation protection work in some medical institutions was just superficial and the machineries were out of date. [ Conclusion] Hygienic management against radiation should be strengthened and responsibility system is to be completed.
