摘　　要：目的了解某医院2116例患者不同年龄段男女人群乙型肝炎表面抗体(HBsAb)的阳性率。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验,检测血液标本中HBsAb。结果HBsAb阳性者:男性以40～49岁人群阳性率最高,达17.33%;女性以20～29岁人群阳性率最高,达19.13%;结论该调查人群HBsAb阳性率以青壮年较高,可能与这些人感染HBV的机会较多和主动免疫有关。[ Objective ] To learn the positive rate of HBsAb among 2116 hospitalized people of different ages in a hospital. [ Meth-ods]ELISA was applied to detect HBsAb in the blood samples. [Results] The highest positive rate of HBsAb among the males （ 17.33% ） was in the group aged from 40 to 49 ; that among the females （ 19.13% ） was in the group aged from 20 to 29. [ Conclusion] The positive rate of HBsAb is quite high among the young adults, which might be related with more infectious chances and voluntary immunization.
