摘　　要：分析了１９９５年甘肃农业土壤干旱的基本特征，指出伏秋连旱持续到春末初夏干旱，作物主要生长季天旱地更旱，造成粮食大幅度减产，乃是有气象记录以来最重的干旱年份之一。Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the soil drought in farming fields in Gansu Province in 1995, this paper pointed out that the continous drought from early fall to the late spring and early summer,which was the important growing seasons of crops, caused the sharp decrease of grain yield, and the year of 1995 was one of the most serious dry year since meteorological record was established.
