摘　　要：简述了陕西省旱情决策子系统的结构及各组成部分的功能。这个系统为陕西省抗旱办公室对全省各地区的作物旱情作出宏观决策提供科学的依据。This paper described the framework and functions of each constituent of the decision making subsystem to crop drought situation in Shaanxi, which provided a scientific basis for the drought resistance affair office to make the macro policy to the crop drought in each region within Shaanxi.
