割前脱粒联合收割机中纵置式脱粒部件的研究

摘　　要：介绍了割前脱粒联合收割机中纵置式脱粒部件的结构和性能特点，并对其影响落地损失和脱不净损失的因素进行了分析与研究，确定了其最佳的结构参数和性能参数。较佳参数为：脱粒滚筒转速为９５０ｒ／ｍｉｎ，板齿高度为４５ｍｍ～５０ｍｍ，脱粒滚筒与护罩间隙为９０ｍｍ～９５ｍｍ。This paper introduces the structure and performance of threshing unit in a wheat combine harvester for threshing prior to cutting, analyses some factors affecting the scatting loss and unthreshing loss, and optimizes some parameters of threshing unit. The optimum parameters are: the speed of drum about 950 r/min, the height of plate teeth 45 mm￣50 mm, the distance between drum and feeding side casing 90 mm￣95 mm.
