摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对宫颈癌放射治疗的影响。方法:将68例宫颈癌患者随机分为实验组(32例)和对照组(28例),两组均同时进行放疗健康教育指导,并同时进行体外+腔内放射治疗。治疗期间实验组进行护理干预,对照组为常规护理。结果:实验组放疗反应明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。后期随访,实验组自我护理能力与生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对宫颈癌行放射治疗患者进行护理干预,能明显减轻放疗反应,提高自我护理能力和生活质量。Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention on radiotherapy for patients with cervical cancer. Methods： Sixty eight patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into experiment group （n = 32） and control group （ n = 28 ）, health education and instruction on radiotherapy was carried out in the 2 groups while external plus intracavitary radiotherapy was given to the patients. In radiotherapy, additional nursing intervention was adopted in the experiment group and routine nursing care was taken in the control group. Results： The radioreaction was less in the experiment group than that in the control group, and there was significant difference in the comparison between the 2 groups （P 〈0. 01 ）. The self - care ability was greater and quality of life was higher in the experiment group than that in the control group according to the follow- up. Conclusion： Nursing intervention in radiotherapy is very effective to relieve radioreaction, enhance the self - care ability and improve quality of life.
