摘　　要：充分认识超前镇痛,规范临床设计镇痛方案,提高临床镇痛效应,持续和多模式的预防性镇痛是急性疼痛治疗发展方向。本文重点介绍超前镇痛概念、有效性争议、注意事项及预防性镇痛研究现状。Completely understanding of preemptive analgesia, standard design of clinical analgesia protocol, improve-ment of clinical analgesia effect and continuous multi-pattern preventive analgesia are the developing trend on acute pain relief.This article emphases the concept of preemptive analgesia, the controversy of analgesia effect, current status and pitfalls of pre-ventive analgesia.
