摘　　要：腰椎间盘源性下腰痛(discogenic pain)手术治疗的有效率、复发率、手术风险以及术后并发症等均不能达到令人满意的结果。椎间盘内电热疗法(intradiscal electrothermal treatment,IDET)是针对盘源性疼痛的微创方法,临床效果满意。本文重点介绍IDET治疗盘源性腰痛的机制、适应证、禁忌证、实施方法、并发症及注意事项。The effective power,recurrence,risk of operation and postoperative complications of surgical interventions for lumbar discogenic lower back pain are far from satisfactory. Intradiscal electrothermal treatment（IDET） is a minimal invasive and effective method to treat discogenic pain. The main purpose of this article is to introduce the mechanism,indication,contraindica- tion, procedures,complication and pitfalls on IDET treating discogenic pain.
