摘　　要：目的:探讨神经外科病区建立无陪护重症病房,对护理质量的影响。方法:神经外科建立无陪护重症病房,将重症病人集中收治,取消陪护,实行探视限制。由护士负责病人的一切治疗和护理工作。结果:(1)提高了护理质量和病人满意率。(2)改善了病区秩序,降低陪护率。(3)提高了护士综合素质和能力。(4)降低了术后感染率和并发症。(5)有效的避免了医疗投诉和纠纷的发生。结论:病区建立无陪护病房,取得了满意的临床效果。Odjective： To explore the effect of the nursing quality for setting up unattended severe ward in neurosurgery.Methods： Set up unattended severe ward in neurosurgery, cured patients centralizely, canceled the attendants, limited the number of visitors, and the nurses had the responsibility for the cure and nursing care of patients.Results： （1） Improved the nursing quality and patients＇satisfaction. （2） Made the order of ward better, reduced the rate of attendants, （3） Improved the nurse＇s diathesis and ability. （4） Reduced the rate of operation infection and syndrome. （5） Avoided the medical dissension effectuaUy.Conehmion： There was good clinical effect for setting up unattended severe ward in neurosurgery.
