摘　　要：通过对新升本科院校的定位,指出收费管理工作的重要性,根据新升本科院校收费管理工作的现状,提出了改进建议。The paper states the importance of tuition - collection management by analysing the position of newly - established universities. It provides some suggestions on the current situation of tuition management in the new universities.
