摘  要:目的:探讨黄芪建中汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效及其机制。方法:将24只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组(C)、CAG组、维酶素(V)组、黄芪建中汤(HJD)组,观察大鼠胃黏膜、空肠黏膜、肝和胰外分泌部组织中的糖原含量、SDH、LDH、ANAE和ACP活性。结果:与正常大鼠相比,CAG组大鼠一般状况欠佳,体质量明显减轻;大鼠胃黏膜萎缩、变薄,胃黏膜炎症程度积分和胃黏膜糜烂程度积分明显升高,而胃黏膜厚度和腺管总长度明显降低;空肠和肝也呈现出不同程度的病理学改变;大鼠上述脏器的糖原含量、SDH、ANAE、ACP和LDH活性多数显著降低;经黄芪建中汤治疗21d后,上述指标明显改善并明显优于维酶素组。结论:脾虚型CAG状态下,机体存在多脏器代谢紊乱,黄芪建中汤对之有良好的复健作用,其疗效显著优于维酶素。Objective: To study the mechanism for therapeutic effects of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction (HJD) on rat models of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) of spleen deficiency type. Methods: 24 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control (C) group, CAG group, vitacoenzyme (V) group and HJD group. SDH, LDH, ANAE, ACP and glycogen in the stomach mucosa, jejunum mucosa, liver and pancreas exocrine part were examined in each group respectively. Results: Compared with the C group, the body quality in CAG group was reduced markedly with general weakness. The gastric mucosae became atrophy and thinner with obvious erosion and more inflammatory cells. The structures of the jejunum and liver also were destroyed. The expressions of SDH, LDH, ANAE, ACP and glycogen were weaker. There were significant differences in all above parameters between the CAG group and C group, and the HJD group and V group. Conclusion: When chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) with syndrome of spleen deficiency happened, the metabolism is disorder in several organs as above, which could be improved by HJD. The therapeutic effects of HJD predominated over vitacoenzyme.
